1. Canterbury PEPE Parenting Education

   Plunket have a range of FREE courses available for parents and caregivers aimed at supporting their role through the different stages of their child's early development. They are designed to support parents in their parenting role, build parent confidence and connect parents with other parents and the local supports and resources in their area.

   Is having a baby all you expected it to be? If you are experiencing distress or depression following your baby's birth, the Plunket Postnatal Adjustment Programme may be able to help. We offer assessments at home, follow up phone support and group programmes available.
