Gisborne-Wairoa

The Gisborne Plunket area covers from Wairoa through to Matawai, east of Gisborne to Makarori.

Staff includes Area Manager, one Clinical Leader, Volunteer Services Leader, six Plunket Nurses, two Kaiawhina and Administration support staff.

Plunket volunteers provide a range of services including car seat hire and coffee groups in the Wairoa area and coffee groups, car seat hire, playgroups, support groups for multiple births and post natal depression in the Gisborne area.

We have a number of volunteer groups who support our services by fundraising, giving their time and providing feedback to help develop and improve our support and services to families.
