Gloria Eves

Gloria is a mother of 4 children. She become involved with Plunket after the birth of her third child.

Gloria has been a volunteer for Plunket in Taupo since 1996, having held positions of Vice President and President of the Taupo Branch. She was appointed Acting New Zealand Councillor to represent the Lakes Area in December 2006 and duly elected in July 2007. Gloria was elected to the Board in November 2010.

Gloria has lived in Taupo for the past 16 years. Gloria is passionate about the rights of children to lead safe and healthy lives in order to reach their full potential. She is presently employed as the Taupo Violence Intervention Network Coordinator.
