Immunisations are given to children when they are 4 years of age.
Immunisations for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and DTaP-IPV (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and polio) are given at 4 years to help protect new entrants at school and limit the diseases coming home to younger children. Read more about diseases we immunise against.
Phone 0800 IMMUNE (0800 466 863) for further information.
