Daylight saving can be disruptive to sleeping patterns for your little ones (and yourself). However it’s best to stick with your normal routine.
Put your child to bed at the same time as normal – so if they go to bed at 7pm now, continue to put them to bed at 7pm. They will get used to it quite quickly.
