Your experience with Whānau Āwhina Plunket matters to us. Our Whānau Voice Survey gives whānau who have recently used our services an opportunity to tell us about their experience.

Your feedback helps us understand what we're doing well, where we can improve, and how we can better support pēpi, tamariki and whānau across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Why have I received a survey invitation?

Every day, we contact a random sample of people who received a Plunket service the previous day, inviting them to complete our Whānau Voice Survey.

If you've received an invitation by text message or email, you've been randomly selected to share your experience with us.

Who sends the survey?

Our Whānau Voice Survey is administered and sent by Cemplicity, an independent organisation that specialises in gathering feedback.

This means your survey invitation will come from Cemplicity on behalf of Whānau Āwhina Plunket.

Is my feedback anonymous?

Yes. Your survey responses are anonymous and you won't be identified from the feedback you provide.

If you'd like someone from Plunket to contact you about your experience, you can choose to provide your contact details and ask us to get in touch.

How we use your feedback

We want to know what's working well for whānau and where we could do better.

The experiences you share through the Whānau Voice Survey help us improve the quality of our services and shape how we support pēpi, tamariki, whānau and communities.

We're committed to listening to whānau and acting on what we learn. By sharing your experience, you're helping us make our services better for whānau now and in the future.

Want to give feedback but haven't received a survey?

You don't need to receive a Whānau Voice Survey invitation to share your experience with us.

If you'd like to give us feedback, we'd love to hear from you. You can email feedback@plunket.org.nz at any time, or fill out our contact form.
