Join us for a free six-week course for new parents. In a facilitated group you'll explore:
Brain development and parenting styles: Children are born ready to learn. Nurturing a child by understanding their needs and responding sensitively helps to protect and grow children’s brains.
Sleep, Settling and SUDI: Practical support for you and your child.
Development, play and safety: Babies learn through play. Learn to create a safe environment for fun and memories to flourish. Learn about resources and services in the community that can support your parenting
This course runs over 6 weeks of up to two-hour sessions.
