PlunketLine
PlunketLine is a free parent helpline and advice service available to all families, whānau and caregivers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 0800 933 922 for parenting help. Calls are also free from cellphones.
Ask Aroha Chatbot/Live Chat
At the bottom right of your screen you’ll see our Ask Aroha Chatbot button. It looks like this:
Click the button to launch a chat window where you can ask Aroha for help finding information on our website.
We’re currently trialling a live chat service. If you're chatting with Aroha and you ask a question about your tamariki’s health, you’ll be offered the chance to chat live with a PlunketLine nurse. Click the purple ‘Live chat’ button to get started and a nurse will be with you as soon as possible.
We’d like to know your feedback about this service, so after the chat we’ll ask you a few quick questions about your experience.
