We run PPE classes (commonly referred to as antenatal classes) in this area. These courses are designed to help you make the best choices for you and your family in a friendly, fun and non-judgmental environment. They'll help you to gain confidence, skills and understanding of your pregnancy, childbirth and parenting role.
