Our Pregnancy and Parenting Education courses (also known as antenatal classes) provide evidence-based education for first-time parents about healthy pregnancy, labour, birth, early parenting and caring for a new baby.
We aim to give expectant parents the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices for themselves and their whānau. During the course you'll also build relationships with other whānau in the class, establishing friendships and support networks as you become new parents.
