Drop-in Clinics

Casual appointments with a health worker. A health worker is available to offer health and development information and strategies to support a wide range of topics, including sleep and settling, child nutrition, teething and behaviour. A health worker will refer you on to a Plunket nurse if necessary.

Clinics are held on the fourth Friday of each month, 1pm-3pm.

No appointment necessary. You will be seen in order of arrival.

    • Please do not attend a drop-in clinic if you or your child have tested positive for COVID-19 or have cold-like symptoms.
    • If you have COVID-19 we recommend you isolate for at least 5 days, even if your symptoms are mild. For more information visit info.health.nz.
    • You can also call PlunketLine 24/7 on 0800 933 922 for advice or support. Our nurses will be happy to talk.
    • All clinics are closed over public holiday weekends and on public holidays.
