Plunket provides Well Child and family and whānau health support services with free home and clinic visits. Your first visit will be before your baby is six weeks old (handing over from your Lead Maternity Carer). Our Well Child appointments are at:
- four to six weeks
- eight to 10 weeks
- three to four months
- five to seven months
- nine to 12 months
- 15 to 18 months
- two to three years
- B4 School Check
