Plunket Committee

The Committee is group of local parents that meet normally once a month to discuss upcoming events, such as Second-Hand sales, Quiz Nights, help support our nurses, and explore how to maintain and improve on the services we provide to our community. We do try to keep a close gauge on the needs of our community, and find the best way to support these needs.

We’d love for you to join us, so do get in touch if you would like to join, or can help in any other way. If you would like to help out, please join us. You can also find us on Facebook. Please contact: kilbirnielyallbayplunket@gmail.com

Volunteering with Plunket

Plunket Volunteers are an important link in our communities and have a vital role in helping us deliver services and support to families. Without our Volunteers, we would not be able to deliver the number of services we do throughout New Zealand.

If you want to help make a difference by donating your time for a cause you believe in, Plunket is a great place to start.

Ways to help

  • Volunteer your time. Could you help run a new parent coffee group, organize an event, start up a buggy walk, collect for Annual Appeal, or package up winter care parcels for families?
  • Volunteer your skills. Can you manage and organize a Database, manage a Facebook page, write a Grant application, or design a Poster for an upcoming event?
  • Would you like to obtain new skills for your C.V? Meet new people? Or do something really good for your community?

If you are interested in being part of the Plunket family, and volunteering, please contact: kilbirnielyallbayplunket@gmail.com
