Our Community Partners

We’d like to acknowledge and thank all our community partners for their amazing support.

Lottery Grants Board

The Lottery Grants Board’s mission is to enhance the well-being of New Zealanders and their communities. They have been a wonderful supporter of Plunket for a number of years, funding vital projects both locally and nationally.

Plunket Foundation

Tindall Foundation

The Tindall Foundation is a philanthropic family trust established in 1994 by Stephen and Margaret Tindall. The Tindall Foundation has given ongoing support to Plunket and is particularly encouraging of any collaborative work in the community with other child-focused initiatives and organisations.

KPS Society

The Karitane Products Services is a trust set up to support significant Plunket initiatives. Plunket thanks KPS for enabling the creation of this website for all New Zealand whānau and families.

The Lion Foundation

A charitable gaming trust that makes funds available for any charitable, philanthropic or cultural purpose that offers real and lasting benefits to the community - large or small. The Lion Foundation and Plunket have been in a partnership at a National level since 2009.

Watercare

We partnered with Watercare in Auckland and Wellington Water to help families and whānau understand how they can protect their health and the local environment by being mindful of what they pour down the sink and flush down the toilet.

Water Safety New Zealand

Plunket works closely with WSNZ to educate families and whānau about drowning prevention and steps to ultimately reduce the number of children under five who lose their lives or are injured in the water.

Our partnerships allow us to provide support services free to all whānau in New Zealand. Without the generous support of our partners, we simply could not help as many whānau as we do each year.

Other community partners include:

  • Auckland Council
  • ARDO by ProMed
  • Cadenshae
  • Generation Homes
  • Stone Fabric Industries
  • Nelson City Council
  • Tasman District Council
  • NZME
  • Whitcoulls
  • EECA
  • TradeMe.

We love working with partners who are just as committed to families as we are. If you're interested in finding out more about becoming a community partner with Plunket, please email our team at plunket@plunket.org.nz
