The Plunket Perinatal Adjustment Programme (PPNAP) is a maternal mental health support service available for mums.

Our passion and purpose is to support women and their whānau who are adjusting to parenting and /or experiencing mild to moderate distress/depression in the perinatal period.

PPNAP offer a free short-term service providing assessment, intervention and education and linking with community-based services. Support is provided by an assessment in the home with follow-up support via home visit or telephone.

Families can ask their midwife, GP or Well Child provider for a referral to the Perinatal Adjustment Programme. Self-referrals are also welcome.
